Phanfare offers free online storage for your photos and videos
Phanfare, yes that’s how it’s spelt, is an online storage company offering web-based photo- and video-management. As of now Phanfare is the only company that offers free photo and video sharing as well as desktop software, Phanfare Photo, for both PC and Mac. The Mac desktop application has just been redesigned.
Phanfare makes money by offering unlimited storage at $ 54.95 per annum. Members can avail 1 GB of storage free; however all users are restricted to an upload limit of 10 GB per month and a download limit of 15 GB per month.
You can create and manage albums and also import music from iTunes via a web interface. Photo and video management is drag-and drop. There are over 70 album styles to choose from; sharing videos online is a breeze and the stuff is presented to viewers ad-free.
